Let’s address the elephant in the room, warzone 2.0 isn’t actually a bad game. What the devs have done with it is take it back and make it into an actual battle royale game where the key is to survive. Not to get 30/40 kills a game. The problem being is that the fan base prefers a more arcade type game which they got perfect with the initial launch of warzone 1. In my opinion another main contributing factor into changing the movement mechanics is indeed to slow it down not just in general but because the more realistic looting system wouldn’t work if you had faze wannabes sliding and jumping 360 no scoping you whilst you are rummaging through a rucksack.
Do I think it is better? No
Do I think they should take a step back and put some of their billions into continued support of warzone 1 so people who enjoy the more fast paced game play can still enjoy it? Yes.

I really think people misinterpreted “back to its roots” meaning it would be more like the original modern warfare when infact I believe they meant the battle royale mode as a whole, although the older feeling movement would give you that impression.

All That being said I still prefer verdansk, either way it’s still better than whatever the f blackout was😂🤣

I started off with Pokémon cards when the craze hit primary school when I was about 7, then the tv show was on tv so I used to try and record it over the same VHS every week. After this me and my brother shared a game boy and Pokémon blue. I got a game boy colour with Pokémon yellow for my 8th birthday, obsessed was an understatement. Flash forward to me at 31 I still have the same game boy colour and still I play Pokémon silver on long haul flights. I really really love it. It gave me a proper escape as a kid into a fantasy world that seemed to go on and on, and in adult life it’s nostalgia that makes me feel like a kid again. I met the people from Pokémon when I was travelling in Japan, and we joked about me writing a song for them. But now here we are. Celestial comes out next Thursday, and the video is insanely amazing, animated by the incredible people at Pokémon. I love it, you’re gonna love it.
