YOU’VE GOT TO STOP FALLING FOR THE VANITY METRICS TRAP 🤪

Here’s the truth: 💣 The number of your followers and the number of likes you get in every content you post does not immediately mean sales.

Does having or not having 10k followers determine your revenue? Of course NOT!

Have you checked how engaged your followers are? Or did you even check if your followers are even "real"?

But I am not telling not to grow your community. I only mean is for you to keep your eyes on your account’s engagement rate instead (engagement rate is how many likes/comments divided by the number of followers), and conversions.

The number of quality engagements with your ideal client is what matter the most. This determines how valuable YOU are, which eventually lead your dream clients book your service ✨

If you really want to grow as an entrepreneur, you’ve got to learn how to delegate or outsource. FOCUS on what you’re good at, and let others take care of the rest.

Stop saying that you’re busy. Pass the task you least enjoy doing, and get someone who actually love doing it and get it done!

This could be a tough skill to learn especially if you’re a control freak like me lol But seriously, I learned this the haaard way!

I always thought I can do EVERYTHING coz I believe I’m a Then one day, I got burned out, physically ill, mentally drained and demotivated.

You might have experienced that, too, in the past. So listen up!

Asking for help doesn’t mean you’re less of a mom or an entrepreneur. Let’s be honest, we all need help—may it be at home, with our kids, or in our business.

Successful delegation will allow you to:
✨ Have a healthy work-life balance
✨ Improve your time management in an incredible way
✨ Be ultra-progressive at home and in your biz

When your load is lessened, you’ll be able to show up as your best self for your family and for your clients, too.

Therefore, you’ve got to find the best fit for a specific role, too, just how you would qualify and entrust your kids to a nanny 😉
