T-Bone vs Porterhouse 🥩
What's the difference? It's super simple - a Porterhouse steak is cut from the rear end of the loin, and boasts equal amounts of fillet and sirloin on either side of the bone. T-Bones are a little daintier (like these beauties) and cut from the front of the loin, giving you slightly less fillet.
Whichever you choose, you know it'll be fricking delicious!

The eagle eyed amongst you might have seen us on Border News last night, chatting all things restrictions. So we wanted to share our thoughts in a little more depth...

What will be changing for us next week?
In all honestly, not much at all. We'll still be wearing face coverings, there will still be hand sanitiser dotted around the shop, we might still ask you to wait outside if things get a little busy inside and we'll still be encouraging you to either use the NHS Track & Trace App or jot your details down, if you're joining us for a bite to eat.

Our priority has always been the safety of our team, and when they came forward with concerns about the lifting of measures, it was a no brainer to keep things as they are.
Of course, we can't and won't enforce the wearing of face coverings or checking into the building. In all honesty this is a relief for us - we, like everyone in hospitality and retail, have had our fair share of aggressive encounters from members of the public unwilling to play by the rules.
But we would love it if you would pop a mask on for the 5 minutes you're in our shop - it will help protect our team and keep our doors open.
