We personally know what it's like to have the weight and pressure of life make it seem as if there's no positivity in sight. In those times it's easy to feel as if you are alone but I assure you you're not. Reaching out to family, friends, or other resources may seem hard and scary but it can be one an incredible first step to trying to put yourself on a better road to recovery.
