Amritsar chemist Association (Retail wing) invited and honoured Sh Karan Sachdeva zonal licensing Authority and Sh . Navdeep, Drug inspector on dated 11-10-19 . All other members of the association were present in the ACA office, gopal nagar , Amritsar . Specially sh Surinder Duggal president Punjab chemist association joined us to honour ZLA and Drug Inspector. Our president sh. Sanjiv Bhatia also honoured Sh . Surinder Duggal for his kind visit. During the meeting the problems of retailers were discussed. ZLA asked all the chemists to maintain H1 schedule register and not to sell restricted medicines. All the sales and purchases should be done on bills. Retail license can be applied 90 days before its renewal date. Retailers have to keep the sale and purchase records at least for 3 years as per Drug and cosmetics Act 1945.

Matter discussed with Mr J S Shinde our Respected AIOCD President At Ujjain in details 2 Yesterday received Message from Respected Health Minister. to meet At Punjab Secretriat. 3 Today we had first discussions with our Joint Commissioner Mr Pardeep Matoo Joint Commioner MR Sanjiv Garg alongwith S Gurbinder Singh at Kharar office Presented Memorandum Matoo Sahib assured to take up matter With Higher Authority 4 Evening Today At 4PM met Honourable Minister at his office for more than ONE HOURS listened point by point Had telephonic talk with MR Anurag Thakur Health Secretary Memorandum was given to Honourable Minister. Minister requested to attend Meeting on 9th October with Secretary alongwith 5 to 7 of your Members Meeting was very fruitful &positive. Looking into the circumstances & Assurance PCA has postponed its strike call on16th October and other matters for time being We could not meet Commissioner S K S Pannu Because Of On Leave Today.
