BANG BANG CHICKEN - YOU NEED TO TRY IT! here’s how to make it — ingredients: - chicken breast- 3 tbsp mayo- 3 tbsp of sweet chili sauce (your choice), siracha, or chili garlic- 1 cup of spinach- kinders: buttery steakhouse seasoning- onion powder seasoning- black pepper seasoning- garlic powder seasoning- sea salt seasoning- paprika seasoningstep by step: 1. In a bowl mix together your seasonings (pepper, buttery steakhouse seasoning, onion powder, sea salt, garlic powder + paprika) — I do not measure this, I just eyeball it 2. In a separate bowl, make the bang bang sauce. Mix together your mayo and sweet chili sauce 3. Score the chicken breast about 1/8-inch deep and 1/2 inch a part. Make cross hatch cuts. Season the chicken breasts on both sides 4. Place the chicken breast in the air fryer basket and spread about 2 tbsp of the bang bang sauce on top and air fry at 390* for about 20 min depending on the size of the chicken breast. 5. once done, let the chicken rest for about 10 min, serve over white rice and drizzle with the rest of the bang bang sauce. 6. Add choice of veggies — I used spinach! If you are looking for a high protein meal, this is something YOU need to try! This is a quick and easy meal that can be done in 30 minutes — prep + cook time!
