“Give thanks in all circumstances.” This scripture in 1 Thessalonians 5 trained my heart to practice gratitude. I am overflowing with thanks for the current season we all are in but I didn’t always feel that way.

Personally, I seem to have a much easier time ‘counting my blessings’ when I’m in a season where I feel like I’m blessed.

Gratitude is a choice. A purposeful decision to be obedient to God’s word. Sometimes it’s easy, sometimes it’s not.

This year I’m thankful to be in a season where it’s easy to be thankful. ❤️ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

11 months…I can hardly believe I will be a mother to one year olds in just 30 days. It is getting very busy around here! The babies are all on the move. We are baby proofing left and right. Rafael and Lucia are pulling up on everything! I wonder if we might see an attempt at a step in the next month. Camila is also doing great. She is our most independent baby and content to watch her siblings pave the way.

The girls are looking more alike than EVER. Though it’s difficult for me to admit, even I have trouble telling them apart in the face. We check birth marks to make sure we know who’s who.

This stage has been so much fun as their little personalities come out more and more. I’m constantly amazed and thankful for these three!

9 •MONTHS• Babies are on the move! The girls are army crawling all over. Rafael is still trying to figure out how to move forward or backward but he sits up like a pro. All the babies love to be on all fours. Every day they get closer to crawling! All three are eating solids now- and loving it. They make a huge mess every time 🫠.

MOM’s 9 month Update: I am obsessed with being a Mom. 🥹🥰 I’m on a steep learning curve to balance being a wife, mother, and minister. It’s not easy but I believe that God has granted me the tools to do all the things he’s called me to. My heart overflows with thanks for this beautiful and messy season.
