Let’s start with a question.
🔸If a doctor was to recommend a CT scan or X -Ray would you ask why ?
🔸For me yes I would and yes I have been in that situation several times( perhaps a story for another day )
🔸on the other hand most doctors get pi**ed off in fact some will even tell you “your free to seek out elsewhere”
🔸In both cases is all you. Both professional should be able to answer all of your question and explain it in a way that you can understand.
🔸 What are they looking for ? And how is it going to help you ?
🔸Don’t wait until you are desperate to go for help.
🔸That will lead to the famous story I hear every time. I paid a lot of money to a web developer/ SEO and the job wasn’t done.

The simplest way of having blogs is to hire a copywriter to do the job for you.
The second one you can simply create a video or audio and you can simply convert that into text.
You can do 1 blog per week or two weeks.
1 Instagram post may have like 15-30 word plus the caption or more and you are creating a carousel means you already have 300 words
Which you can then transfer into a blog....

I have seen people buying domains and staying with them for months before they start their websites....
People are used to seeing the same old templates...
Fill your website with every idea that you have and that’s how you get your unique website.
The last thing you want is to lose vision on your website.

⚪️ They are not just for blind people.
⚪️ It can be displayed in place of image browser if the image takes times to load.
⚪️ When it comes to an image of a person try use the tone rather than gender and ethnicity go for what you see.

Search engine doesn’t work relatively fast. It takes a while to see results.

Or when they remembered they have one.
Whenever they do all they check is just how the line is? If it’s up then all is okey.
But that’s not the way to go.
You need google analytics for your website data.

The spider/ crawlers go to web to find content.
They then store the content.
In the index store is where all that has been found by crawlers are kept.
So your website needs to be in that index store before it’s fetched to be ranked.
Yes it is possible to have a live website that google still have no idea about and that’s why you need sometimes xml site map...
Remember you can do a site audit to understand why your site has not been crawled yet and put in the store.
So the first step is for the spider crawl and not the square box to rank.

➡️ How are you using your H-1 and H-2 headlines in your content?
➡️ Headlines are one of the most common mistakes that I see in most websites.
➡️ Are you using them as intended. I understand it look nice to have a H-4 on the last paragraph
➡️ That’s a bad practice for SEO.
➡️ H1’s are for your on page title only.
➡️ If you use title then do not use H 1 for anything else.
Are you making that mistake as well?

✅We know that google cares about page load speed.
✅ Images are one of the things that can be slowing your site down.
✅ So before uploading that photo on your desktop you should check the size first and if it’s too big then you can follow the step to reduce it.
✅ Do not forget to name the image and give it description as well for google.
✅ Do not do guess work better to be safe.

Some little reminder for the weekend...
Apart from title tag and meta schema is on of the things that matters a lot in SEO.
It creates an enhanced description (commonly known as a rich snippet )
Which will appear in your search results.

📍Have you ever do a site audit for yourself and see a lot of pages than you actually have?
📍You need to understand that this just happens from a technical standpoint.
📍Without proper canonicalization, your site home page actually has more than one URL
📍It your job to show google which one you prefer
That’s is
➡️ Domain.com
➡️ www. Domain.com
So your site homepage may have up to 4 URLs.
📍It can get even worse when it’s on every page of your site.
📍So next time you see your audit with more pages than you have, remember you just have to do a redirect to solve that.
📍 Remember to check out canonicalization when your starting SEO on your site.

Trust me the people who do it badly are the best teachers.
Sometimes all it take is just the services 👩💻.
Just don’t copy them or spend time critiquing why your site will be better than theirs...

Each page of your website is important, your blogs are not the only pages that need SEO.
Yes blogs are important and they help you with SEO.
Pages like home page will not help you in ranking but it still needs to be optimized.

Traffic is great but bad traffic is harmful to your business....
The reason you might be reluctant to start your SEO is because you can still see visitor numbers increasing.
While that is a good thing, you want quality not quantity

Writing for google might make sense for SEO writing tools.....
Your content can be Robotic if you only write and stop when you see the green button of Yoast....
On the other hand you can’t write for humans alone....
It has to be a balance of both....

Writing for Google might makes sense to a another software but it might not be clear to a human....
SEO tools like YOAST can be a great reminder that you need to add keywords or emphasize on them..
But that green word does not mean that your article is safe from robotic content.....
Remember you can’t also write for humans alone.
It has to be a balance of both.

There is more :
✔️It should be content that user are looking for.
✔️Something simple to read
✔️Title tags and meta description needs to be clickable.

✔️Lastly no duplicate content.

Responsive design or mobile friendly, it can be confusing.
Since Google is all about users then will say responsive design is what you should go for.
✔️With mobile friendly, the only thing that changes is the scale of the site...
✔️Navigation is important for the user intent purposes....

✔️The truth is that I have found myself even going to page 3 of google especially when shopping 😊
✔️ When your website is just there and not optimized then it will be hard for people who are looking for your product or service to find you ....
