After leading 3-1 after halftime, Andover girls nearly gave up the lead in the second half as Elk River/Zimmerman scored three times late, but the Huskies held off the Elks' run just enough to come out with the victory.

Merrill Delich's two goals led the Huskies' win.

Eden Prairie's Will Foster won the 2021 Mr. Lacrosse award, and Lakeville North's AJ Preachuk won the Jake Anderson Mr. Goaltender award. Read more here:

Will Foster was an effective goal-scorer and passer for the Eagles this season. Now, he's 2021 Minnesota Mr. Lacrosse. AJ Preachuk was honored as the top senior goalie this season.

Prior Lake's Payton Bloedow won the 2021 Ms. Lacrosse award, and Chanhassen's Kaylyn Cater won the Jake Anderson Ms. Goaltender award. Read more here:

The awards haven't stopped coming for Payton Bloedow, who was named the top senior player this season. Kaylyn Cater was honored as the top senior goalie.
