Last year has been a bit scarce when it came to Warhorn Releases, so we though that this year should definitely be different!
Fortunately, it looks like the stigma of one-album-bands in Estonia is slowly changing and you surely have spotted one or two familiar names in the list!

Let us introduce the releases a bit closer:

HASSWALD - ...DER WALDGANG

Hasswald has been active on few occasions in the previous year, with live appearance at the Zobens Un Lemess festival in Latvia and Gathering of the Damned in Scotland. Their second release is a continuation of their first EP, although one can hear a strong difference between the two releases, especially when it comes to the quality of recording and singing style.
The digital release will be very soon, with the physical release following when the time is ripe.

Pagansarv - PÖÖRIÖÖL

Since their debut album "Kaarnakarva", the band has been playing many local live shows and further developing their own style, which accumulated in the upcoming release, titled "Pööriööl".
Staying true to their paganistic nature, the band has stepped up their game on all levels. The sound of the album has been created by the same person who also mastered the Whoredom Rife releases, so expect a worthy successor of the already highly praised debut!
The release will be on the 04.04.2025 and more exciting news will follow...

Death Kommander - NEVER TO GROW OLD

This band has been with us from the beginning, so we are more than happy to announce their second full-length, which will certainly mark a new era of the old school veterans, who originally started their journey in Scotland.
"Never To Grow Old" is a continuation of Bolt Thrower worship but this time it can be clearly understood that the band found their own path to tread on without losing the power and energy that comes with Old School Death Metal.
Heavy riffs invite to stem weights at the gym whilst the rhythm will ensure that the workout will certainly be productive.

The band has also a couple of concerts planned in the year ahead with gigs in the Baltics, Switzerland and Germany.

Release date is still hanging in the air because we might be doing a co-release with another label, but only time will tell.

But that's certainly not everything for 2025!
We are in talks with more bands and it might happen that there will be another round of releases towards the second half of the year. Stay tuned for more...

Mit Hasswald kommt eine aussergewöhnliche Band zum Barther. Die Band baut unterschiedliche Instrumente in ihren schamanistischen Black Metal ein, welcher trotz alledem nichts an seiner Rohheit und Härte verliert.
