Thanks to both of you! Since I grew up farming just south of Greeley, Colorado, this message is very close to my heart, in fact, it brought tears to my eyes. My parents still continue to farm to this very day. WANTED -- Sales Person

We are looking for a new breed of sales person. This sales person will be trained in both sales technique and also technical aspects of telecomm. This sales person will have preset appointments made in customer homes to perform technical work and then will have the opportunity to sell additional products and services to the customer. You will be brought in as an expert in the customer's perception, so customer buying reluctance will be low, and rapport will be high. Most in-home sales people know that their two biggest challenges are getting into the home, and developing rapport/respect with the client, both of these are taken care of for you. This is a contract position so the amount you make will be up to you and your performance. We expect this position to have a very realistic income of $100k+. The position will work from home and self dispatch to coincide with customer expectations for arrival and work completion.
We will work with the chosen candidate to get the appropriate certifications if they are lacking.

To be approved for the contract, you must:
Be able to pass criminal back ground check and drug test.
Be able to drive with reliable transportation, that meets standards necessary for work completion.

WANTED -- Low Voltage System Technician / Installer

We are looking for technicians for low voltage installations in the Salina, Kansas area. We have enough work to keep a technician busy full time. This is a contract position so the amount you make will be up to you and your performance. The installation / service technician will work from home and self dispatch to coincide with customer expectations for arrival and work completion.
We will work with the technician to get the appropriate certifications if they are lacking.

To be approved for the contract, you must:
Be able to demonstrate knowledge of low voltage residential / commercial systems or basic construction principles.
Be able to pass criminal back ground check and drug test.
Be able to drive with reliable transportation.
Have access to the appropriate hand / power tools to complete the work required.
We will help educate the technician on the proper installation standards expected by the client, and will require technician to demonstrate that knowledge via testing prior to activation in the field.

According to the Denver Business Journal, Cable and Satellite TV providers lost an unprecidented 741,000 subscribers last year. It would appear that people are switching to FREE "Over the Air" systems. We are seeing an increase in our sales in this area as well. Do you know anyone who has done that? Planning on doing it? Or are all the channels and technology worth the cost?
