यदि सरकारले उनले गरेको कामलाई सम्मान गर्छ भने उनको बाँकी योजनाहरु जस्तै नेपालको बिजुली विदेश निर्यात गरेर NEA लाई फाइदा गराउने, विद्युत खपत बढाउने, नयाँ ट्रान्सर्फमर थप्ने/स्तरोन्नति गर्ने, नेपालको विद्युत सिस्टमलाई upgrade गर्दै लाने देखि लिएर underground wiring गर्ने लगायतका योजना सफल गराउन भएपनि प्राधिकरणको जिम्मेवारी फेरि कुलमानलाई दिनुपर्छ। उनको ठाउँमा सरकारले आर्कोलाई राख्दा काम गर्ने नगर्ने कुनै ग्यारेन्टी छैन् । कुलमानले त काम गरेर देखाएका पनि छन् । त्यसैले फेरि कुलमानलाई एक चाेटि Chance दिनुपर्यो सरकार ♥️
