Before I start the process of scanning all the characters, I need to go through the 1000+ notes and find the best letters. 🗄️Organization is key for a project this big. ➡️ Follow @film_bodega to keep up with the whole process Given these notes were written over decades, the shapes and pens used changed over the years. I need to go through and create a database to keep track of everything to keep the project organized. I am going to use Notion like I do for all my big projects. Create a new Notion database to track 🔸Song Title 🔸Artist Name 🔸Release Date 🔸DJ Notes 🔸Box the Record is in 🔸Physical State/Quality 🔸Mistakes or Markings 🔸Scan Status 🔸Adobe Illustrator Status 🔸Completion Status Now I can track my progress, but if I miss a character or want to go back and find alternates for the ones that don’t work, I can just check the database and instantly know which box has the card I am looking for.
