Let's face it, when we're trying to figure out how to make our team or company better, we often overlook the people who might have the best ideas. 🤷‍♂️

I've learned that by asking for advice from people in different roles, especially those who are new to the team or come from other departments, I get a fresh perspective on things. 🤔 It's like they're saying, "Hey, if I were in your shoes, here's what I would do." 👠

This approach helps us work together better and come up with creative solutions to our problems. 💻 It's all about being open to new ideas and not assuming that only certain people have the answers.

👩‍🔧I have undergone so far, is that being able to craft companies vision and goals strategically for each executive is very important.

👀Everyone looks for their own relating point to financial independence, career growth, personal glory in any level of job. Either in a small team or room full of executives. My experience in Catch Inc. so far proved me this formula true for building a team from scratch multiple times.

A cognitive bias is a flawed shortcut in our reasoning that can lead us to an inaccurate perception of reality. There are dozens of these biases, and we all use them to varying degrees. None of us phone-wielding primates are immune. If you have a lump fatty neurons coursing with electrical impulses and neurotransmitters inside your skull, then congratulations---you are alive, and sorry, but you use cognitive biases more than you probably realize.

Though we can't eliminate them, we can somewhat mitigate their influence. Our best defenses are 1) continuously practicing self-awareness about our thinking patterns and 2) actively using/improving our critical thinking skills in general.

This handy infographic organizes several of the cognitive biases by general type. I've used it several times, and I hope you find it helpful too. (It claims to index all the cognitive biases, but I'm not overly confident that's true). You can find the link for the HD interactive version here:
