Have you ever taken a moment and tried to consider the greatness of God? Maybe you’ve thought about what God has done in the Bible, in your own life or the life of someone you know. Psalm 145:3 says “his greatness no one can fathom.” As human beings, we cannot even begin to comprehend the full extent of the glory of God and His greatness.

My great achievement today was putting up the laundry in my house. Sometimes we're so hard on ourselves to make progress in ALL of the areas that we don't give ourselves credit for making progress in ANY area. Celebrate your small wins today.

I used to be a slave to my tendencies, but now I'm free of them. I've been working on my tendencies daily and they no longer lead me. They have become my intention. Today, my
tendencies are a way to align myself with my purpose and passion. I look forward to each
day because I know I'm on my way to a new ability. I look forward to my tendencies because I know I'm getting my life back.

Today I worked out and while I was doing it the thought crossed my mind that “God is pleased.” Think about it. I wasn’t praying, studying, feeding the homeless or doing any Christiany thing that you’d associate with pleasing God. But I’m learning that because God wants me to live abundantly He’s pleased when my WHOLE life is in order, peaceful and ENJOYABLE. That means I please God when I clean my house. I please Him when I eat well. He doesn’t care about part of my life. He’s interested in all of it.

I am nothing without love!

At Clarisee seeing clearly is a big part of the vision. one element of seeing clearly is Love. 1 Cor 13:2 says If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.

Honestly it never crossed my mind that God would help me trust Him. I guess I always believed it was something I had to do on my own. You know like me forcing myself to struggle bus’s through it proved how much I wanted God. But I’m learning God doesn’t see it that way. He wants to partner with us in every area of life so when I’m doing my best to trust Him with the things I want most and I feel myself struggling I can ask for His help and He doesn’t look at me like “can’t get right.” I think instead of focusing on trusting God to do what we want it may be better to trust that our best is enough for Him. That He’s willing to actually help us.

We can choose anxiety or excitement when it comes to our future. The choice is ours.

God has promised us abundant lives but our mindset can determine whether we live it out or settle for less. If you keep your mind on the past or worry about what is going to happen in the future, you are missing out on the gift of today. We self-sabotage ourselves by not finding the abundance in today. Don't fear failure or be terrified by the future, trust that God definitely has it all under control.

July’s Clarisee Blog post was about learning Gods love language!

This is how God kicked it off with me so I’ll do the same for you. He said ” I want to change the love you perceive and receive. My love can transform you.”

Learning God’s love language is foundational to feeling loved and accepted by him.
When we’re experiencing God’s love language, we feel loved and accepted for who we are. We know His goodness for us is forever.
God loves you just the way you are, but He also wants you to see Him in ways that bring you closer to Him.

Clear sight has been important to me ever
since the fifth grade. I had to get glasses because the teacher realized that I was just guessing in front of the whole class and couldn't actually see the lesson on the board

When I looked at my life I saw how often I was doing the very same thing a lot of times, just guessing, just Nancy Drew-ing on the way through.

But not actually seeing what God is trying to show me. It astounds me how few times I've actually understood what was going on, whether it was inside me or happening around me.

That’s when I learned clear sight is essential to finding fulfillment and living an abundant life.
