Was in a sales huddle this morning for United Wholesale Mortgage and it was suggested to ask "What have you done for someone/others today" rather than "how are you". It's a conversation starter and to be honest, how are you is a blanket questions that almost everyone answers as "I'm doing well" whether they are or not.

I may start asking this just to see peoples reactions and see if I can get some stories.
