🌺 Things I learned in PR 🐸
- [ ] PR stands for Public Relations, Production Report, & Puerto Rico, be clear when sending texts to your friends & coworkers
- [ ] There are hot and wonderful gay boy clubs… zero le***an bars or lounges
- [ ] Prostitution is available and blatant in the open, smile at the s*x workers as they are doing the best they can and 99 percent of them are trans women
- [ ] S*x rooms and bathhouses exist, don’t walk into one thinking it’s the bathroom
- [ ] Bartenders at dance clubs don’t speak English, learn beer, credit card, close me out, bathroom, and more water before traveling
- [ ] Uber exists, Lyft does not, but Uber is cheap and the cars are all fancy so it’s ok
- [ ] There are cute stray kittens and dogs but you can’t save them all (gulp, take a photo and throw them scraps and keep walking:/)
- [ ] There is a nail salon inside Walmart which is 30x less expensive than the ones next to the beach, plus you can buy a souvenir on your way out
- [ ] You can buy liquor beer and wine at the pharmacy, rum and tequila are cheap, wine is not
- [ ] The hotel umbrella guy speaks English, don’t disrespect him by trying to speak Spanglish
- [ ] Bring cash, ATMS charge $6 per transaction, not sure about you but ain’t no baller, also CVS does up to $40 cash back so…
- [ ] Make friends w the gogo boys not security, they will tell you that you look 35 and protect you against the skeeze plus they will get you free waters (best you tip them at least 3 so you won’t feel guilty)
- [ ] Breakfast is expensive but happy hour can be happily under $20 for (3) beers and an ap
- [ ] Fajitas are over rated at burrito local… maybe I should have gotten a burrito
- [ ] Favorite spots: Tijuana bar & grill, Piolas (the one near escambron beach), bar-c-lona (cuz they made me eat lunch there daily for the $45 daily amenity fee… again not a baller)
- [ ] Roosters crow at all times of the day
- [ ] If you jump in the pool with your AirPods don’t freak out, walk gently out the pool and take them out while laying them out to dry… they will work again 10 mins later! 😃
- [ ] Bartenders make the best tour guides, check out (3 gs for gay, gr**go, and guy) just a cool dude from Buffalo, NY
