We love seeing our work in the wild! Spent some time in Breckenridge last season putting together a content library for our friends over at Nelson Walley Real Estate. Just took a peak at their website and saw some of the content being used on their landing page. Looks great!

A few months back we were hired as the drone operators for a project in Nebraska. The project was a two day commercial shoot with Trimble Inc.

There were a few challenges with this project...

• The first is location. The field we had secured for our production days is surrounded by Military Operation Areas (MOAs) which makes flying a drone very cumbersome. However with the right permits it was no problem for our shoot!

• The second was weather. With this production being located on the wide open plains of Nebraska it was very windy. To add insult to injury the sun did not want to play ball and we were left with a grey, boring day.

• The last hurdle is production schedule. We've had the opportunity to work on quite a few commercial video shoots. They're very busy days with a demanding shot list. In our experience the drone op is almost always second priority which requires us to get creative and try to get a shot whenever possible. In between the dedicated video crew setting up another shot we would get the drone in the air and "run and gun" so to speak. After a long day of dreary skies and dodging the ground level video crew we managed to have the sun poke out just before sunset and capture some amazing hero shots of this autonomous tractor!
