This track baffled me for years. I first heard it in the mid-80s, and its lyrics stuck in my head like crazy glue. I'm not gonna lie - I may have used the lyrics once or twice to impress women in my youth. Anyway, I've been looking for this track for many years. I've asked numerous people, but the answer was always the same: 'I don't know.' At some point, I thought I was remembering something I'd made up in my head as a protection mechanism. In 2020, during the COVID-19 shutdown, I hummed and uttered the lyrics one last time. In July 2023, Paolo gifted me a copy. Today, after 39 years, I’m listening to it for the first time.

Is it as good as I remember it?

This is a set of thirty-seven Amapiano tracks I've been curating for two years. It took three attempts to record this set, but the third try was a charm.

Here's a brief description of Amapiano from Wikipedia for those who are unfamiliar: 'It is a hybrid of deep house, gqom, jazz, soul, and lounge music characterized by synths and wide, percussive basslines.'

These tracks aren't easy to mix well, but they give plenty of room to explore the white spaces in the middle.
