It’s Walt’s Fault.....Really.
My name is Max. Everyone is a Disney fan in some form. Whether your favorite movie is the Love Bug and that's the only Disney movie you like, or you have a memory of heading to Disneyland or Walt Disney World with a beloved family member and a specific instance is always etched in your brain forever. For me, it's the notion of feeling wonder and appreciation for one another. As a child going to Walt Disney World we would always wonder how these animated classics and beloved stories could come to life, as well as other stories where you would have the Swiss Family Tree Robinson Treehouse and ponder if a family could actually live there. Discovering other parks through the years has continued that feeling. After years of growing up and becoming an Adult, I reconnected with Walt Disney World in a new way. While wonder and appreciation were the foundation; innovation, care for leaving this world a better place, customer service, and engineering became something I could relate to my daily job. In my teens my first job was working at an Amusement Pier in Ocean City, NJ. Now, I work in retail and focus on customer service everyday and there is no one better than Disney to showcase this.
Since being a teenager and exploring this blooming infatuation for Walt Disney World and its many facets, I met my beautiful Wife Sutton who supports my new hobby because I don't know what is in between infatuation and obsession. She is the reason I still have wonder and appreciation for what Walt Disney World offers and gives to the world. I can look in her eyes and see all of the wonder I had as a kid. It completely makes me reconnect with WDW and myself in a moments flash where I am forced to appreciate what I have. Luckily, everyone likes Her more than me so She will from time to time be on the Podcast.
With that, It’s Walt’s Fault was conceived. A talking place for those who are die hard fans or those who are just discovering what those feelings are all about. I love to talk to people who have small businesses around WDW, those who are getting to new attractions and experiences before I can ( I live in the North East), and those who are interested in sharing why they love Walt Disney World.
If you would like to be on the Podcast, please shoot us a message and we’ll line something up! We love doing Product reviews as well so please reach out if you're interested in that!
