I'm excited to share that my talented friend & fellow podcaster, Joe Sills has invited me to co-host a one-of-a-kind limited series podcast, Radio SOLO 100.
This is a daily podcast of a scientific expedition in the Canadian high Arctic.
Artic explorer Mark Wood Explorer will be the first known person to trek the arctic SOLO for 100 days.
The snow and ice Mark will be travelling over for 2000 km (1242 miles) is untouched by any other human beings, providing a rare opportunity for pure sample collection.
The University of Warwick has partnered with the project to study the boundaries of battery storage in the Arctic, the results of which could be used to support other long range projects outside of polar exploration in the future.
If you're curious what life is like at the top of the world, 100 days alone, be sure to tune in.
From geographic updates to wellness checks and special surprise guests, Radio SOLO 100 will bring Mark's journey to life in real-time to listeners around the world.
