KEEP MOVING: My face every single time something unexpected happens then i go "really? " and the next minute i go back to what i was doing or call my brothers to complain about what just happened. My little sojourn here on earth has taught me to keep going. At age 12 i lost a loved one and i thought my life was over. I almost died infact, i begged God to take me because my heart couldn't bear the pain. I'm a good actress so i was able to hide this pain for years.
I just buried it somewhere, somewhere i didn't like to visit but years later it come knocking and it crumbled me. Still haven't healed but I'm taking it one day at a time. PAIN IS PAIN. it might never go, the hurt might reduce over time or it might not. .
One thing you should learn from grieving is the life changing lessons that come with it. Pick the lessons and run with it. Make the best of every life event and let the Lord guide your path.

One lesson that will go with me to my grave is never to push things to next time because you might not just have the next time or the next time won't come easy. I pushed a lot to this year and even had every month planned out but Corona happened and the world took a break and all my plans scattered. My skin is far from perfect but i have learnt to breathe and take it one mask and toner at a time. It will eventually come around. So if yours is still in the rebellious stage don't stress about it just clean, exfoliate, mask, moisturize and repeat the whole process about 2 - 3 times every week.
