Pamela is a former nurse who now works for a charity called “Action in Mind” that focuses on mental health a wellbeing.

Join us as we talk about her dissertation- Theory of Mind - fascinating - and a whole host of other topics from being a mum and a gran to achieving a Masters in Psychology at a stage in life when most people are choosing the easy option if slowing down heading into retirement!

Do you know that if you’re lucky and live until 80 then that’s all you get… about 4000 weeks!
It’s a sobering thought. If you’re 40 you’ve got 2000 left, 50, and it’s 1500 (😳) and 60… well you do the maths…

So, what should we do with this one life that will end - guaranteed-

“We’re all gonna die!!!”

We should use this information as a rocket up our backsides to squeeze as much out of life as we can.

I’m very excited to meet tonight’s guest, having chatted at length to him last night and hearing the fascinating stories he has to tell.

Kevin has 14 caps for Scotland and played in the historic 1995 World Cup that made history, in part, because it was attended by Nelson Mandela who had been freed only a few years earlier having been imprisoned for 27 years.
Mandela presented the cup to South Africa who won the game after a nail biting final that went into extra time.
