I recently returned to training, and let me tell you. Pain!

I had been training for a while, but during certain stages of the lockdown, I had to stay at home and keep the training local. This resulted in some periods of being sedentary, some periods of sub par training and most interestingly anxiety.

Like the idea of returning back to training invoked a certain type of fear in me, that I noticed myself becoming more and more anxious, to when outside really opens. I mean I know how hard I’m going to work, I know how much sacrifice it involves and I know how much pain I’m going to feel.

So I began panicking

Yesterday I faced my fear head on, with an intentional mindset.

Things won’t always be easy, going against what feels natural won’t always feel nice, but simply thinking about it, won’t do anything for you.

So do the hard work.

I mean the fear is going to be there, but you doing something about it, is the only wait to be certain that you can break the shackles of its bounds. So push past the fear, and leave a champion ❤️

So over the last couple of months I’ve been producing this podcast series - Better W/ Paul hosted by and I’ve had the opportunity to listen to so many incredible voices. This one here is with the main man

I have met many great people in my life, I’ve listened to many people speak, and i can wholeheartedly say that there are not many people that leave me utterly speechless, Two of those voices came together on this day, and I can honestly say that this episode changed my life. I remember sitting there monitoring the conversation, you know doing what producers do, and I felt shivers running through my spine.

I mean “Why have Brixton, when you can have Britain” 🤯

This whole conversation told me that I’m dreaming too small. Listening to Karl’s experiences, showed me the greatness in mine. His genius redefined my ownership of my genius. I mean I’ve settled with a full life as a caterpillar, but I was always meant to be a butterfly...

I’ve never been the same since that day.

So I thought I’d share this with you, because I can’t allow my audience to miss out on value and truly your paradigm is only as wide as you’re exposed to. So what you take in is everything. A random moment but a very pressing thought.

So my degree had me up all night, you know the way the ting set, but this is what came to mind & heart at 5am.

Good morning & Good day

We often get lost in life yet we hardly question the certainty of love in certain relationships. What do I mean by this?

Well at one point in our lives, our parents were our biggest opps, yet through the fog of emotion there was an underlying understanding of discipline seeded in love. We simply felt the emotion but we always understood that they had a deep desire of love in every action. That is a knowing.

I felt led to say these words, and more specifically led to really keep it brief, so do read into it, as the word really does make it plain.

Philippians 3:10
Proverbs 8:17
Romans 12:2
1 John 4:6-7

So my bro decided he’s tired of us and wanted to spend the rest of his life with his babes. I get it😒 lol I joke.

This short film was special to me because anything to do with the Homeless, sits really closely to my heart. I often spend time with a few as I travel and honestly, hearing the realities of some situations really does open your eyes. This shoot had a few major hiccups, but I believe God allowed it to happen, so we could help more people along the way.

This year I decided to only do projects that will help people, and truthfully it was tough saying some hard no’s and patiently waiting for a few yes’, but it was imperative that I work with folks who shared the same values as myself. ⁣

Here we are with a man who truly cares and a brand who equips those who do 💌

It’s funny where life takes you. From battling asthma on the track to simply living life on the fast lane as a creator. It’s been incredible working with great brands and even greater people.
