Sweet this came in the mail yesterday. We just got back from our Cincinnati vacation and our units not working just our phones so….

Williams family dinner!

Quinoa bowl with roasted vegetables

Quinoa, cooked in vegetable stock and shallots, mixed with mint, cilantro, chives, mustard, greens and rainbow char.

Roasted veggies, rainbow carrots, butternut squash, brussels sprouts, eggplant and chickpeas. Tossed with infused garlic olive oil Indian, smoked paprika and salt and pepper.

Top with lime, garlic, avocado, & greek yogurt crema.

finished with pomegranate seed and roasted pine nuts.

This is a vegetarian dish or take off the dressing and it becomes vegan.

I’m thrilled to share the fourth book update: I’ve crossed the 40,247-word milestone and 189 pages in the first book of my fantasy series! This series is a part of my TTRPG (Tabletop Role-Playing Game) World, and I’m having a blast delving into this realm of writing. I also had the prologue and chapters 1-3 edited by good friends Terri and Tom Sobey. Soon, I will share a few book covers with everyone and maybe get some feedback.

Hello friends, A really cool friend Darlene Artist needs some help. Check out the links below!

Darlene need for a roof has gotten serious. Today it’s now raining inside her home Queen Anne.

The left pic shows my view of the leak from the inside upper porch; the right pic (taken from the lift) is the first view showing the depression where the rain pools and drips down. I used to be able to collect rainwater in a bucket, but the problem has multiplied.

Darlene Artist, who’s known for being the first female artist for TSR, Dungeons & Dragons early work to include The World of Greyhawk gaming map, graphics illusion art and creating map for Dragon Magazine and maps for the Castle Zygag series. During all this time Darlene also created JASMINE: The Battle for the Mid-Realm card game and took on freelance artwork for the gaming community since the 1980s.

Making my way back to the states, to attend an amazing convention in Cincinnati, Ohio. Called Ice & Dice Gaming Convention At the Eastgate Holiday Inn suites, 4501, Eastgate blvd., Cincinnati, OH, 45245 join us Friday of the 20th to Sunday the 22nd for a world of darkness reunion, games and more!

What is this con about: Ice & Dice is a tabletop gaming convention focused on indie games and 3rd party publishers that takes place in Cincinnati, Ohio USA in January of each year. We want to bring the experience of major publishers together with the energy of new game designers. 2023 will focus on bringing together the creators of the World of Darkness* for a Dark Reunion and VIP experience.

Williams family anniversary dinner: England style! First, all ingredients have been sourced from the Borough Market. If you ever find yourself in England, that is a must to visit, not only for the amazing grilled cheese, “world famous.” but you can also buy fresh ingredients as show in the pictures.

Dish 1:
Black truffle mascarpone tortellini, with a butter truffle and quail egg sauce. Underneath is organic, braised sea beans with fresh shiitake mushrooms, and, roasted garlic.

Dish 2:
Beef center cut tenderloin, seared with extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt, rosemary, garlic, and red wine. Underneath wild baby carrots, roasted in olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic. Sauce was a reduction of the seared beef, rosemary, garlic, and red wine infused with shiitakes water.

Ahi tuna

Aïoli sauce: egg and Extra-virgin olive oil sea salt and ground pepper.

Mandolin sliced: sweet red peppers, red onion, jalapeño.

Marinated: heirloom tomatoes with truffle salt, cucumber infused, with Apple cider vinegar, sesame oil and sweet vinegar. Cabbage and carrots sliced in Extra-virgin olive oil with sea salt.

Sliced: avocados, green onions tossed sliced almonds, mixed seeds and dried seaweed.
