Do we ever think on the downs sides of donations/charity as a whole?

What is taken from a community when organizations continuously donate/volunteer ,is charity efficient? or creating mechanism for this community to be self sustained is way better?

The African Youth Debate presents the discussion on "The Effectiveness of African Organizations" by having an engagement with young African leaders to provide insight on the subject matter.
