When I was at school and a stage one Introvert (I didn't know that I was an Introvert!) I gave myself a hard time for not raising my hand and participating in class more. All my reports said "must take a more active role in class", "must participate more", "doesn't raise his hand enough". Now I know why. It's sad though, that all these years later, this still goes on in schools. There should definitely be more Introvert/learning style appreciation.

I've always wondered why I become silent when in the company of three of more people. I'm quite chatty with one person, quieter with two people and pretty much totally silent with three or more people - I go into 'speak when spoken to' mode! I'm definitely going to explore this further in a future podcast!
