Happy new year guys! The first post of the year had to be with strawberries. Got my hands on these store bought tartlets (I’m very intimidated by baking tarts at home), fresh strawberries and I instantly knew what I wanted to make. Recipe 🍓 Strawberry & cream tarts: Whip up 1/2 cup cream and take 1/2 cup of chopped strawberries. Take 1/4 cup of whipped cream, add 1 tbsp fine sugar and chopped strawberries into it. Fill the tart shells with strawberry and cream mixture. Pipe out the rest of the cream onto the tarts. Garnish it with thinly sliced strawberries and mint leaves. Refrigerate And Enjoy . . . . #strawberry #strawberries

Tuesday Toast 1: Topped with mango salsa and avocado Now I know this might sound weird but trust me this tastes amazing. The tangy flavour of the mango salsa teams up with creamy avocado to make this crunchy toast absolutely delicious. For Mango Salsa: 1 chopped Mango 1/2 chopped Onion 1 chopped Tomato 1/4 cup chopped Coriander leaves 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp Chaat Masala Give all the ingredients a nice toss with a light hand, make sure to not smush the mangoes. I’ve used a multigrain sourdough bread but you can use any bread of your choice. Toast the bread and spread the salsa all over , place the avocado slices and enjoy .
