It would definitely be an understatement to say that this is a long overdue post but completing YTT with awhile back was probably one of the best decisions i’ve ever made for myself. I am really grateful for the people that I’ve got to meet at that time, to have been able to share a space and to practice and learn together and hear the different stories of everyones yoga journey…it was an intimate experience growing spiritually and physically together❤️ I recognise that there is still alot to learn and that I am so far from where I want to be in terms of my practice in yoga and of wanting to teach and impart the knowledge, but the mental voices always finds a way to creep up behind me and its something that I have to continuously be mindful of and work on. I guess for now everythings still a work in progress, but hopefully i”ll get there soon enough💭

so sent over some food the other day, it was a beef bourguignon pasta and a smoked salmon sandwich!

🍝: The pasta was perfectly al dente, had such a generous amount of beef and was so so yummy and satisfying
🥪: always love me some sandwiches, they cure and smoke their salmon in house! there was a perfect balance of salty and sweet with the smoked salmon and green apple slices in the sandwich. This one was the first to finish🥲

They also just started delivering island wide and have added more items to their menu, go show em some love and support their small business❤️

wasn’t expecting much from my very first crossfit open but finishing 31st out of 157 people in Singapore is a pretty big achievement for me and im so thankful to be able to train alongside such a diverse group of family that pushes me to be the best version of myself and is so supportive every single day❤️ it only goes up from here🚀
