Going back in time to our fourth ever podcast episode from November 20, 2020 when we had the pleasure of interviewing from Bellows Falls, Vermont. 🏞

There's so much to be learned from connecting with fellow artists and hearing their stories. These conversations really helped fuel our inspirations through that first year of Covid, BUT they are also still relevant to our lives today and even into the future. 🙏💗🎧

So grateful for all the artists that took the time to speak with us, can't wait to be back at it again! Host Kristina has finished her second round of chemotherapy ~ We are hoping for an easy double mastectomy in a few weeks so she can be back to melting glass and recording podcasts with asap. 🤞🔥

The podcast has been on pause since summer of 2022 & we are still getting new listens every week! 🙏🎧 Thanks for all the recent well-wishes, they are appreciated. Kristina is still muddling through chemotherapy, which is as terrible as it sounds. 👎 We are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel though & we hope to relaunch this project in summer of 2023 once Kristina is completely healthy and cancer free! ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

If you haven't yet, consider taking some time to listen to our third ever podcast episode from way back in 2020 with our amazing friend 💖

Thanks for all the amazing well wishes, they have been received and appreciated. 💖 Kristina went through an initial round of chemo and had some bad reactions, so she's going through another round of 9 weekly chemo sessions that are supposed to be easier on her. 🤞 Thinking back on all the amazing artists that shared their time with us, ever grateful. Here's to remembering our second ever episode ~~ 🔥🔥🔥

It was almost 2 years ago today that we launched our very first podcast episode. 🥳 We were lucky enough to do 70 interviews & had epic plans to continue on before we got nightmare news literally right before our scheduled interview with - Host Kristina has stage 3 breast cancer.

While she fights it out the podcast is on an indefinite pause BUT we are still getting more & more listens on our past episodes every week. 🙏💖

Here's a look back on our very, very first interview when we were podcast host babies with 🎧

Then the lion stares at it. It stares at its prey. Like this.' (Old Antonio frowns and fastens his black eyes on me.) 'The poor little animal that is going to die just looks. It looks at the lion, who is staring at him. The little animal no longer sees itself, it sees what the lion sees, it looks at the little animal image in the lion's stare, it sees that the lion sees it as small and weak. The little animal never thought before about whether it was small and weak. It was just an animal, neither big nor small, neither strong nor weak. But now it looks at what the lion is seeing, it looks at fear. And by looking at what the lion is seeing, the little animal convinces itself that it is small and weak. And, by looking at the fear that the lion sees, it feels afraid. And now the little animal does not look at anything. Its bones go numb, just like when water gets hold of us at night in the cold. And then the little animal just surrenders, it lets itself go and the lion gets it. That is how the lion kills. It kills by staring

We just finished Season 7, and let us just say right off the bat, we are nowhere near finished with this project! ❤️

We are going to be making two changes -

1. We are changing our format to episode numbers, instead of seasons. We have gone back and adjusted all of our previous episodes to be numbered, can you believe that we have done 63 interviews?! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

2. Instead of taking a month off between seasons, we will be premiering episodes *most* Fridays. This will allow us to take small breaks as life happens.

Beyond that, we are ever so grateful to you, our listeners. We are also SO grateful for all of the folks that have dedicated their time to let us interview them, sharing vulnerable parts of themselves to help others.

We hope you are all having a wonderful week!!
