I live in Quebec's Eastern Townships, and enjoy music, reading, being in nature, and spending time with friends. For over 30 years, I have been working as a course lecturer (English as a second language) at the university level. My educational background includes the study of the history and philosophy of religion, and I enjoy reading about and discussing all things spiritual. In particular, it is

the intersection of spirituality, consciousness, and metaphysics that interests me most. These themes are at the heart of "On Spirit Today".
