🤔With a trillion dollar military institution just blocks away that NEVER jumped off the porch, why do they keep referring to a small amount of knuckleheads as an insurrection?

The biggest mistake Democrats could make would be to crucify Trump and his supporters via the legal/political system while the populism he represented is growing in energy.

If they think that so-called insurrection was a problem, wait until they try to cancel culture over half the country. Especially considering, that a majority of the folks that have been fighting in wars over the last 20 years—you know the ones that have been taught/learned some interesting skill sets, makes up that populism.

Don't say no one didn’t try to warn you.

It wasn't "misleading", it was absolutely false. They obtained the search warrant under false pretenses—thus invalidating it altogether.

Section 1983 of Title 42 of the U.S. Code provides:

Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress.

The [other proper proceeding of redress] is a criminal trial, that both the DA & ultimately the AG [as the special investigator] conspired to thwart.

I would think this would stink in the nostrils of you law & order and strict constructionist types BUT it doesn't. That's because America is not a nation of laws, it's a nation of political will.
