Spoiled Brats Cafe, a trendy and vibrant coffee shop located in Quezon City, is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. If you have a love for crafting exceptional coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks in accordance with company recipes and standards.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages served.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking and preparing orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee preparation areas and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- knowledgeable in coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends in the coffee industry.
- Availability to work 48 hours a week, including weekends except Mondays.
