Grateful is an understatement! My entire life has made 180 degree improvement! My relationships w/ my family and friends, my career, my emotions and mental clarity has improved significantly. I love myself more today than I ever have in this lifetime. Thank you for an incredible support system and amazing people in my life 😉 (you know who you are). Thank you ME for the courage to do hard things and overcome fears to be a better ME. If you are sober curious, grant yourself permission to go 30 days. Just be open and curious to the possibilities of change ❤️.

Wednesday's used to be my weekly wine night with my best friends. We called it "Wine Weinerday" - yes, there's a story behind it. Yes, autocorrect IS to blame :)

Now that I'm "soberish" (as of now, I've cut back from multiple bottles almost nightly to a drink or two a few nights a week), looking back on those moments that were so alcohol-centric and realizing that I never knew how to just enjoy life without booze makes me sad for past me and thrilled for future me. Life DOES go on without alcohol. It IS still fun without being drunk. You CAN wake up early in the mornings (okay...maybe that's too far...😆)
