It was an absolute honor to share the stage with the inimitable Joshua Bell as well as perform alongside the wonderful musicians of the New Jersey Symphony led by our fabulous maestro Xian Zhang. I also got the magnificent opportunity to meet and work with so many lovely humans behind the scenes that truly made me feel like family. All of this wouldn’t have been possible without the incomparable Daniel Bernard Roumain, who I am eternally grateful to for composing this powerful new work for my voice and for inviting me to be a part of this unforgettable journey.
