Australian scientists have created bacteria that can make tiny electrically conductive protein threads. These "nanowires" can gather power from moisture in the air, with higher humidity leading to more electricity.

This eco-friendly method blends protein tinkering and nanotechnology. It could eventually give rise to environmentally friendly electronics. Unlike regular electronics, which use harmful substances and demand lots of energy to produce, these could be much cleaner.

Although it's early days, this work hints at a future where electronics could be powered even by our own breath.

Elon Musk agreed with a confident forecast that in seven years, every middle-class American household will own a home robot. This prediction was discussed on the All-In Podcast, which includes Chamath Palihapitiya, Jason Calacanis, David Sacks, and David Friedberg.

The hosts talked about the future of home robots. Calacanis predicted that every middle-class American household would have a $1000 per month robot within seven years. On the other hand, Friedberg suggested that there's currently more profit in using robots for industry rather than for consumers.

Musk liked the prediction and simply responded "True" on a post on X (formerly Twitter).

Tesla has recalled 3,878 Cybertrucks due to a defective accelerator pedal, which coincidentally is the first data point released by Tesla about delivery numbers for the electric pickup truck.

Tesla blames the issue on the application of soap in the pedal assembly, which Tesla claims was an “unapproved change.”
