WHAT SUBJECTS ARE COVERED IN THE PNPA CADET ADMISSION TEST?

The PNPACAT CY 2022 is tentatively scheduled on October 29-30, 2022 (subject to the approval of the C, PNP) at the different testing centers nationwide.

While we enjoin all applicants to prepare, we discourage them from spending money to buy printed “reviewers” and apps. We don’t consider these as reviewers but rather as practice questions. We are certain that none of those exact questions will appear in the actual PNPACAT.

Applicants may instead refer to their High School notes on general education subjects. The coverage of the PNPACAT includes the following:

Ika-4 ng Abril 2005. Ang Campos Grandstand ay napapaligiran ng nakakasilaw na sinag ng araw, na nagpapakita ng kanyang kahanga-hangang ganda sa mga dahon ng damo na kulay luntian at ginto. Sa araw na ito, nakalaya ako mula sa aking nakaraan, gaya ng ika-4 ng Hulyo para sa Estados Unidos.

We've just released an unofficial PNPACAT one-month review guide that can supplement your exam preparation!

Although PNPA doesn't release official reviewers, our guide is based on the officially released PNPACAT coverage, as well as the personal experience of the author (PNPA Kaisang-Bisig Class of 2009) and editor-in-chief of the Squaddie vlogging platform. Answers for Type 1 Practice Questions:

Number Series:

Question #1. The next number in the series is 95. This is because each number in the series is double the previous number and then adding one. For example, 2 x 2 + 1 = 5, 5 x 2 + 1 = 11, and so on.

Question #2. The next number in the series is 60. This is because each number in the series is obtained by adding 4, 6, 8, and so on to the previous number. For example, 20 + 4 = 24, 24 + 6 = 30, and so on.

Alphabet Series:

Question #3. The next pair in the series is IJ. This is because each pair of letters is obtained by advancing two letters in the alphabet. For example, A is advanced two letters to become C, and so on.

Question #4. The next letter in the series is O. This is because each letter in the series is obtained by adding 1, 2, 3, and so on to the previous letter's position in the alphabet. For example, A is the first letter in the alphabet, so it is followed by the 3rd letter (C), the 6th letter (F), and so on.

Analogies:

Question #5. The opposite of "hot" is "cold," and the opposite of "fire" would be "ice." So, "fire is to ice" would be the analogous pair for "hot is to cold."If we consider "hot" and "cold" to be antonyms, then one possible analogy for "fire" could be "ice," as they are both associated with extreme temperatures.

Question #6. The answer is patient. This is because a teacher interacts with a student in the same way a doctor interacts with a patient.

The regimented way of life of cadets is formed by habit. So, if you want to be a cadet, this should help you prepare at least, by being familiar with routine.
