I hate when people write false and inaccurate posts about true events that affect real people. Please go read the court case, this post is falsifying to fullfill their goal of trying to prove a Racist America. He wasn't given adequate counsel which is part of the issue. One big Falsification is the quote given, it says on this post "Convicted By All White Jury" which is false, the true quote is "HE WAS CONVICTED BY AN ALMOST ALL WHITE AND FEMALE JURY."

That makes a difference. If 90% of the Jury is female on a case about a guy possibly Ra**ng a female, there will be some biased. This would be less of a "RACIST" ISSUE AND MORE A "S*XIST" Issue.

Either way, they need a retrial with real defense for the guy and an even Jury.
