A little side story about Shrimp & Spinach Gratin. This dish was a product of my pregnancy cravings back in 2009. I remember craving for it almost everyday. Unfortunately, we were in Mississippi then and this was served in my favorite Italian restaurant in Guam. Out of frustration, I decided to create and hopeful to replicate and I think I did?!? I like how creamy, cheesy but not overwhelming this pasta is!

QUICK & EASY Chicken BBQ Filipino Style!
You only need 3 things!

5-10 pcs Boneless Chicken Tights
1 cup Mama Sita BBQ Marinade (liquid type)
1/4 cup Oyster Sauce

Mix them all together and marinade for atleast 30 minutes before hitting the grill!
