This was made with some of the left over fruit and vegetables from Christmas - add in the sugar and the cider vinegar. 😋

Going to leave it a couple of weeks... if I can! So that it can mature a little first 🐖

Chapatis - super quick to make and super tasty...

🐄 🐄 🐄

Ingredients
~ 1 cup plain flour
~ 1 cup wholewheat flour
- tablespoon olive oil
~ 3/4 cup warm water

🐑 🐮 🐑

Mix to a dough, separate into 10, and dry fry on a high heat - delicious 😋

The pan gets hot 🔥 so take care!

I love making shortbread - super simple and super tasting 😋

Flour 6oz
Butter 4oz
Sugar 2oz

Mix together, in a bowl, and roll out to shape. Takes about 30 minutes to cook at 190°C - but take them out once they're golden brown and leave to cool!

They're especially great this time of year ❄️
