Decided to start reading something a little different!

This was made with some of the left over fruit and vegetables from Christmas - add in the sugar and the cider vinegar. ๐Ÿ˜‹

Chapatis - super quick to make and super tasty...

๐Ÿ„ ๐Ÿ„ ๐Ÿ„

Ingredients
~ 1 cup plain flour
~ 1 cup wholewheat flour
- tablespoon olive oil
~ 3/4 cup warm water

๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿฎ ๐Ÿ‘

Mix to a dough, separate into 10, and dry fry on a high heat - delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹

The pan gets hot ๐Ÿ”ฅ so take care!

I love making shortbread - super simple and super tasting ๐Ÿ˜‹

Flour 6oz
Butter 4oz
Sugar 2oz

Mix together, in a bowl, and roll out to shape. Takes about 30 minutes to cook at 190ยฐC - but take them out once they're golden brown and leave to cool!

They're especially great this time of year โ„๏ธ

The baby quail are definitely growing - I've moved these 4 into a bigger run; an old hutch I fixed up earlier in the week. ๐ŸŒŸ They're the same 4 in the earlier video if you want to see them in the brooder box at just a few days old! ๐Ÿฃ ๐Ÿ– ๐Ÿ– ๐Ÿ– I'm hoping to start hatching more and more over the next few months - so we've a nice new laying flock by Spring :)
