Drunken Salmon
While wild turkeys strutted their stuff passing through the property and a chorus of frogs as the background music, made ‘Drunken Salmon’ courtesy of lit Pendleton on the firepit w the fam. Salmon rested on sliced lemons in the cast iron pan.
Sides? Topping with a fresh mango cucumber cilantro chutney, and twice-baked potatoes w/bacon wedged inside and an egg on top.
Lobster grill was so simple, but so delicious! To eat it you can serve it up any way you want and any of your favorite condiments and sides- we just did it simple.
You can also cut it up and dip it into melted butter, garlic, and lemon or lime juice or drizzle lime juice on top of it if you don’t want to eat it like a caveman lol
