RED PHOENIX CLAWS THE INTRAMURALS 2019
MANIBAUG, Porac— Soared high and had risen from the ashes, the Grade 10 Red Phoenix sluggers bombed the Intramurals 2019 with a nerve-racking movement and predominant offense as they clinched the five championship’s title tripped to the EPNHS’ campus, last September 9, 2019.
However, the Grade 8 Yellow Raptors and the Grade 9 Blue Dolphins perambulated the league, bagged two championship titles while the Grade 7 Green Peacock, Grade 11 Pink Flamingo and Grade 12 Purple Eagle snagged only one championship title this season.
In Basketball, Red Phoenix performed their bravery to subdue the match as they wiped-out with haul rebounds and dish-out assists the Purple Eagle in a close-fight game, 89-86.
In Volleyball, Jenny Punzal of Red Phoenix ended the undetermined roller coaster match against the Purple Eagle with a wise-hitting and spike-oriented moves, broke loose in a 22-25, 28-26, 15-12 score.
On the other hand, Santi Sean Santos took the lead as he juiced up the Blue Dolphins with a booming service in the alliance of James Bonion’s nerve-frazzling spike as they peppered the Green Peacock with 25-12, 25-21 in score.
In Sepak Takraw, Red Phoenix’s Eduardo Tua set another phase of success as he poured his fancy kick and sizzling movements together with the dead ball errors shot of the Purple Eagle to deviate the seal of the back-to-back champion this period.
In Badminton Single A, Green Peacock’s Carlo Aquino winning smash stunned the Red Phoenix’s Matthew Zarata tricky placings as he dumped the score in 30-15.

In Badminton Single B, Yellow Raptors’ Carlo Francisco won over the spotty floor defense of Purple Eagle’s Mark Jull Castro, 30-15, using his intense smash and flashy placings.
Red Phoenix skyrocketed in badminton anew as Risha Mae Carreon set the match to an epic duel against Purple Eagle’s Criselda Pineda flashy movements, 30-17, Single B Girls.
In Badminton Doubles, The tag-team Lance Pineda and Peter Dious Cunanan of Pink Flamingo posted a pair of tremendous smash over the Red Phoenix’s duo Lucky Halili and John Villanueva poor defense alignment, raced the score to 30-11.
