I hope you've had a great weekend - it was nice to have the sun shining! I'm getting ready for another BayRadio Spain show tomorrow from 11am - 2pm (10am - 1pm UK) and I've seen the playlist and it's chock full of awesome tunes!
I'll also be on North Derbyshire Radio on Wednesday afternoon, and of course, the globally syndicated Pluggin' Baby Radio Show is airing every day playing 2 hours of guitar tunes, old and new.
I hope you'll be able to tune in at some point. It's great to be back on air every day!

The Pluggin Baby Radio Show airs every single day of the week, throughout the day, evening and night - all over the world.
And that makes me very happy!

Announcement time! I'm starting a new daily show on BayRadio Spain from tomorrow - 11th April from 11am - 2pm! (10am to 1pm UK time)
On Monday's it's from midday to 2pm. (11 - 1pm UK)

Happy Saturday!
Busy times here, with the Pluggin' Baby Radio Show now airing on 105 stations each week! I'm absolutely thrilled with that - and I'm always trying to grow the show, so the bands and artists I play can be heard by more ears!
Thanks to all the stations for hosting the show, I'm really living the dream right now;-)
I'm also taking submissions via my website now, so if you're in a band or you're an artist releasing new music, have a look, a listen and see if you think you're suitable for the show and feel free to upload.
It can take a few weeks for me to get through all the submissions, so please be patient - and if I'm going to play your music on the show, I will ALWAYS email you to tell you.

The story so far...
I started working in radio straight after my GCSE’s at the tender age of 16. This was way back 1988 at my local radio station, Chiltern Radio in Bedford.
I moved around a lot with my radio career and I stayed in the business 25 years up to 2013, when I decided to hang up the headphones. Radio wasn’t making me happy anymore and I had a few other things to attend to in my personal life. There is a long story there, but let’s just keep it simple for now.
Since then, I’ve done one show for TeamRock radio, a handful of shows for Black Cat Radio and one podcast for Primordial Radio - but that’s it. 7 years of just building my radio plugging business, battling with my hormones and all the drama I’ve had to deal with since 2013.
I didn’t think I’d ever get behind a mic again, but when asked by a certain person, instead of my usual response of “thanks for asking, but I’m not up to it” I actually said “yeah, ok... I’ll give it a go”. And from them on, I gathered up the gear I needed to present shows from home and sorted the technical side of things and we’re ready to go.
Launch information is coming. Other shows and stations will be added. I may create a Pluggin Baby radio show filled with new bands and new music you’ve not heard yet - but that’s further down the line.
I had an amazing 25 years on the radio. I’ve met people and done things I never thought would have been possible. I went from that shy 16 year old YTS girl to being one of the top 20 Drivetime presenters in the country, hanging out with the biggest rock stars in the world and even did a bit of telly too. I was approached by Radio 1 TWICE and described by them as “the female Chris Moyles”. I helped as many bands and artists along the way - with airplay, gigs and the two books I wrote.
