Banana Pudding Cheesecake Squares
Ingredients
For the Blondie Crust:
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
1 large egg yolk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Pinch salt
1/4 cup mashed ripe banana
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
For the Cheesecake Topping:
2/3 cup heavy whipped cream
16 ounces cream cheese 2 blocks
1 cup granulated sugar
3.4 ounce instant banana pudding powder 1 box
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: Powdered Sugar for extra sweetness
Garnish: Nilla wafers
How To Make Banana Pudding Cheesecake Squares
For the Blondie Crust:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 8×8 baking pan with non-stick method of your choice.
In a large bowl, whisk together butter and sugar until combined. Next whisk in the egg yolk, flour, salt, banana and vanilla until well combined.
Add blondie batter to pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until just set.
Cool to room temperature and prepare topping.
For the Cheesecake Topping:
Using your hand mixer, whip heavy cream in a medium sized bowl until stiff peaks develop then refrigerate and clean beaters.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until nice and fluffy with hand mixer.
Slowly add in the sugar, banana pudding powder, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until well incorporated.
Carefully fold pre-made whipped cream into the cream cheese batter.
Taste and add a little powdered sugar if you prefer it a little sweeter.
Pour and evenly spread cheesecake topping over blondie crust and freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.
Garnish with Nilla wafers and serve.
Notes
For the cheesecake filling, Make sure your ingredients are completely at room temperature, especially your cream cheese. If not, you will have a lumpy filling and not a smooth filling.

INGREDIENTS
* 4 large eggs, divided
* 3/4 cup (150 gr) sugar

For the Cake:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
4 large eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup hot water
For the Filling:
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper lightly.
Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder. Set this aside.
Beat the Eggs: In a separate large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt using an electric mixer. Beat until the mixture becomes pale, thick, and forms ribbons when you lift the beaters. This can take 5-7 minutes.
Add Dry Ingredients: Gently fold the dry ingredients (flour and cocoa) into the egg mixture. Be careful not to deflate the batter; fold just until combined.
Add Hot Water: Gently fold in the hot water until the batter is smooth.
Pour and Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared jelly roll pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly touched.
Prepare a Kitchen Towel: While the cake is baking, lay a clean kitchen towel on a flat surface and dust it with powdered sugar.
Roll the Cake: When the cake is done baking, immediately invert it onto the prepared kitchen towel. Carefully peel off the parchment paper. Starting from one of the short ends, gently roll the cake and the towel together. This will help the cake keep its shape when cooled.

MARBLE MUFFINS 😋

Ingredients:
3 eggs
100 g of sugar
200 g of flour
11 g of royal type chemical yeast (chemical booster)
125 g of natural yogurt
85 gr of butter
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional cocoa cream

Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, vigorously beat the eggs + sugar until the mixture acquires a whitish color. Add the natural yogurt and mix. Add the dry ingredients (flour + chemical booster) to the preparation and mix. Add the melted butter.
2. Divide the dough into two different bowls. In one of them, add the cocoa powder and mix well.
3. In the other bowl, add the vanilla and mix well.
4. With the help of some soup spoons, pour the two masses into the muffin mold, alternating them randomly.
5. When we have put all the dough in the mold, with a wooden skewer or the tip of a knife, mix both masses a little, without mixing excessively so that it does not collapse.
6. In an oven preheated to 180°C, we will cook our muffins for 15 minutes.
7. Once baked, let them cool completely (preferably on a rack).

CHOCOLATE CREAM CAKE

Ingredients


For the Cake

120 g (½ cup/ 4 ¼ oz) Baking margarine or butter
120 g (⅝ cup/ 4 ¼ oz) Caster sugar
2 Eggs Large, free-range
3 tablespoon Milk
100 g (¾ cup/ 3 ½ oz) Plain (all-purpose) flour
30 g (¼ cup/ 1 oz) Cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Baking powder

For the Filling


3 tablespoon Jam
250 ml (1 cup) Double (heavy) cream
1 tablespoon Chocolate flakes

Instructions

Make the Cake


Preheat the oven to 180C/ 350F/ GM4 and grease & line 2 x 6-inch cake tins

Using electric beaters, cream the butter and sugar together until light & fluffy

Separate the egg white and yolks. Put the whites aside. Add the yolks to the creamed ingredients along with the milk. Beat until just combined


Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into the bowl and gently stir in, using a large metal spoon until thoroughly combined. Take care not to overwork the batter though

Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks. Take a spoonful and mix it into the cake batter to loosen it, then fold the rest in. Continue to mix until just combined and no obvious patches of egg white are visible


Divide the batter between the cake tins and bake for approx 20 minutes until well risen. A cocktail stick poked into the centre of the cake should come out clean

Remove from the oven when sufficiently baked. Let cool in the tin for 2 minutes, before unmolding. Remove the parchment and allow the cakes to cool completely on a wire rack

Fill the Cake


Put the cream into a medium mixing bowl and whip until the cream holds it’s shaped nicely

Place 1 layer of cake on a plate/ stand and spread with 2-3 tablespoon jam

Top with ⅔ of the cream – either pipe it on or smooth it out with a knife – then top with the second layer of cake


Spread a thin layer of cream across the top and scatter chocolate flakes over, leaving a 2cm border around the cake edge

Pipe the rest of the cream around the edge of the cake (I used a Wilton 8b nozzle)

Best served immediately but this cake can be covered and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days (let sit at room temperature for 1 hour prior to serving)

Donuts filled recipe

Ingredients for the donuts:
1 medium-sized egg
50g butter
200g milk
80g sugar
500g flour
8 g dry baker’s yeast (or 12 g fresh yeast)
1 pinch of salt
Italian diplomatic cream:
300g pastry cream
200 g liquid cream
2 tablespoons icing sugar
the cover:
Sugar
Preparation :
With a pastry robot:
In a bowl, pour the milk and add the baker’s yeast with a teaspoon of sugar.
Mix and let stand for 10 minutes.
In the bowl of the stand mixer, pour the flour,
the lightly beaten egg, the melted butter, the sugar and the mixture of milk and yeast.
Beat the dough vigorously for 20 minutes,
until it becomes soft and elastic
By hand: In a bowl, combine the butter, egg,
sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add milk with baking powder and flour.
Mix well and transfer everything to a lightly floured work surface.
Keep kneading with your hands until you get a smooth, elastic dough.
Put the dough in a bowl covered with a cloth and let rise until it has doubled in volume.
My advice is to leave it in a turned off oven with the light on.
After the rising time, roll out the dough into a rectangle
half a centimeter thick on a lightly floured work surface.
Using a cookie cutter, cut out 6cm discs.
Place the donuts on a baking sheet and put a square of baking paper under each donut.
This will help you pick them up without touching them with your hands
once they are up, to dip them in the hot oil.
Cover the donuts with a cloth and let rise another 1 hour.
Meanwhile, prepare the Italian diplomat cream
by mixing the pastry cream with the liquid cream whipped with the two tablespoons of icing sugar.
Pour the oil into a saucepan with high edges and,
once very hot, plunge the donuts (no more than 2 at a time)
so as not to lower the temperature of the oil.
Let rise and brown for 5 to 6 minutes per donut.
To give a sweet touch to these delicious donuts
Put the Italian diplomate cream in a piping bag and fill the donuts.

MOIST ORANGE CAKE 😋🥮🥮🧁🧁🎂

📝INGREDIENTS📝

4 eggs
400g cups of sugar
375ml of oil
400ml of orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
580g of wheat flour
3g of salt
25g of baking powder (1 sachet)
For the syrup
125ml orange juice
50g cup of sugar

🥣 ELABORATION 🥣

1. In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar, beat for 3 minutes, add the oil then beat for 2 more minutes.
2. Add the orange juice, the orange zest and mix well.
3. Place the previously sifted common wheat flour, salt and baking powder. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
4. Ventilate into 3 16 cm molds, previously greased and floured or only with baking paper on the base.
5. Preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
6. In a container place the orange juice and sugar. Microwave for 2 minutes, then reserve.
7. Let the cake cool, then pass a spatula around the edges and remove from the mold.
8. Brush with the orange syrup.
9. Serve and enjoy.

3 eggs
1 cup (tea) sugar
1/2 cup (tea) boiling water
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
1 tablespoon of baking powder

Filling
1 can of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of Qualy margarine
Sadia
2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
1 box (200ml) of cream

Roof
1 cup (tea) sugar
1/2 cup (tea) chocolate powder
1 cup (tea) powdered milk
2 tablespoons margarine: Qualy
1/2 cup (tea) of water

Method of preparation
Beat the yolks with the sugar, add the water, the oil and gradually add the
dry ingredients already mixed.
Lastly, incorporate the beaten egg whites

Wait for it to warm before unmolding, cutting and filling.

Easy Fruitcake Recipe😍

Ingredients:

2 cups mixed dried fruits (such as raisins, currants, chopped dates, candied cherries, and candied citrus peel)
1 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Cinnamon Sugar Donuts:
*2 cups all-purpose flour �*1 1/2 cups sugar �*2 tsp baking powder�*1 tsp ground cinnamon �*1/2 tsp nutmeg�*1/2 tsp salt �*1 Lg egg�*1 1/4 cups whole milk �*2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted �*1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
*6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted�*1/2 cup sugar �*2 tsp ground cinnamon
*Pink Frosting, optional
*Sprinkles

Instructions:
1. Donuts- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease donut pans. Into a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
3. Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined. We use a stand mixer for the donuts but you do not have to.
4. Pipe the batter into the baking pans, filling each one a little more than three-quarters full.
5. Bake for 12 minutes, until donuts rise and are not wet on top. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then tap the donuts out onto a cooling rack.
6. For the topping, melt the 6 tbsp of butter into a dish big enough to dunk your donut in. Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
7. Dip each donut first in the butter and then in the cinnamon sugar, we dunk both sides but for the ones we topped with pink frosting we only dunked some of the sides! Be Creative!

Butterfinger Poke Cake

Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix, plus ingredients to make the cake

1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (12.25-oz) jar Smucker's caramel ice cream topping

1 (8-oz) tub Cool-Whip

4 regular sized Butterfinger candy bars, crushed

Instructions:

Bake cake in a 9×13-inch pan according to direction on the package.

While cake is baking, mix milk and caramel topping until well blended. When the cake is done and while it’s still hot, poke holes in it with a fork or straw. Pour milk mixture over the cake. Allow cake to cool completely.

Sprinkle two candy bars over cake. Spread Cool Whip over the top, then sprinkle the remaining candy bars on top. Chill.

Butter Caramel Cheesecake:

🔸Ingredients🔸
- 200g of cookies (Digestive type)
- 100g melted butter
- 500g cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
- 100g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200ml of liquid cream
- Caramel sauce (purchased or homemade)

🔸Instructions🔸

1. **Prepare the Base:**
to. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
b. Crush the cookies until you obtain fine crumbs.
c. Mix the crumbs with the melted butter.
d. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate while you prepare the filling.

2. **Prepare the Filling:**
to. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar until the mixture is smooth.
b. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
c. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream. Mix well.

3. **Bake:**
to. Pour the filling over the cookie base in the mold.
b. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the center is almost set.
c. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door ajar for 1 more hour.

4. **Cool:**
to. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.
b. Once cool, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or better overnight.

5. **Serve:**
to. Before serving, pour caramel sauce over the cheesecake.
b. If you like, you can add a little sea salt on top of the caramel for a "salted caramel" touch.

No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake 😍🍓

- Ingredients
For the Oreo Crust :

2 cups finely crushed Oreo
5 Tablesoon butter-melted
2 Tablesoon sprinkles
For Strawberry Cheesecake Filling:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
8-oz cream cheese-room temperature
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz fresh strawberries- chopped
5 teaspoon gelatin dissolved in 3 Tablespoon water

For Toping :

1 cup Cool Whip
sprinkles

- Instructions

In a bowl combine with a fork Oreo crumbs, melted butter and sprinkles.
Press into the bottom and halfway up the sides of a 8 inch springform pan and set in refrigerator while mixing the filling..
Dissolve gelatin powder in cold water and leave for a few minutes to bloom, then heat on low temperature, until it’s completely melted, set aside to cool for a few minutes.
In a bowl mix heavy whipping cream until the stiff peaks form , gradually adding 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
In large bowl mix cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar until it’s fluffy, add vanilla and melted gelatin and mix on low speed until smooth and well combined.
Add chopped strawberries and mix really gently
Gently stir in whipped cream.
Pour filling into the Oreo crust and smooth with the spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or until firm.
Once firm, remove cheesecake from springform pan and decorate with Cool Whip and sprinkles.
Store in refrigerator until serving.

Marble Bundt Cake

- INGREDIENTS

CAKE
1 cup butter at room temperature
2 ½ cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon vanilla extract divided
4 large eggs at room temperature
1 cup buttermilk1 at room temperature
3 cups cake flour2
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
CHOCOLATE SWIRL
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk3 at room temperature

- INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment (or with an electric mixer), beat together butter and sugar until well-combined.
Add eggs one at time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in 1 tablespoon vanilla until combined.
Mix in buttermilk until well-combined.
Add cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in on low just until incorporated.
Scoop out 2 ½ cups of the batter, and place it into a separate bowl.
Stir cocoa powder and milk into the 2 ½ cups of batter until well-combined.
Add remaining 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to original batter.
Using a 1/4-cup measuring cup, drop one scoop of plain batter into prepared bundt pan.
Using a separate scoop, drop 1/4 cup of chocolate batter on top of plain batter.
Continue to alternate between plain and chocolate batters until both batters are gone.
Give the pan a couple of taps to level out the batter, if necessary. Do not stir.
Bake for 50-70 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool cake in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
Invert the cake onto wire rack, and cool completely.

4th of July Funfetti Mini Cheesecake Ingredients:

Graham Cracker Crust:
*2 cup graham cracker crumbs
*1 stick unsalted butter, melted
Funfetti Cheesecake:
*12 oz. Cream cheese
*1/2 cup of sugar
*1 cup funfetti cake mix
*1 8oz. Tub cool whip
*1/3 cup red, white and blue sprinkles
Whip cream:
*1/3 cup powder sugar
*1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*1/2 pint of heavy whipping cream
OR Frosting instead of whip cream:
*3 white or vanilla frosting jars
*Red and Blue food dye

Instructions:
1. Optional: Heat proof cake mix on a sheet pan for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside.
2. Combine Graham cracker crumbs and melted butter
3. Press the crust into your cupcake holders. Fill a little less than half way.
4. Put graham cracker crust in fridge.
5. Beat cream-cheese for 2 minutes till smooth, with a hand held mixer or stand-paddle mixer. Add sugar and beat till combine. Add 1/2 cup of the yellow cake mix at a time to the cream-cheese mixture, till fully combined.
6. Slowly spatula in cool whip into cream-cheese mixture and beat for another 3-5 minutes. Fold in sprinkles.
7. Spoon funfetti cream-cheese mix into cupcake holders and let sit in fridge for at-least 4 hrs to set.
8. Beat whip cream ingredients for 3-5 minutes till you have stiff peaks, using handheld or stand mixer.
9. If you opt out of whip cream grab pre made frosting and dye them red and blue and save a jar of white and frost instead. Top off with sprinkles.
