We are so excited to announce that we are adding another member to our team.

We are looking for our next Marketing Manager to work with our partners on marketing strategy and ex*****on. The role requires an understanding of marketing principles, advertising strategy, tactics and channels, social media, how to tell compelling stories through written and creative elements and the ability to learn new industries and develop plans to positively impact our clients’ business and exceed goals.

We are a highly motivated fractional marketing department for our clients. We don’t operate like a traditional agency and instead build lasting partnerships to serve the varying needs of our clients from strategy to ex*****on.

The Story: A pioneering brewery born 25 years ago within the hallowed, hopped walls of San Diego’s Home Brew Mart, the complete art of the craft swims in the DNA of Ballast Point and informs both what’s inside and on the can. Alexa is now our Senior Graphic Designer and her experience in the food/restaurant and entertainment industries will help continue to assist our partners in telling their stories visually.
Alexa joins our Creative Director Brennan Scott and we are so excited to see what this duo will create in the future and what opportunities it will unlock for our partners.

When a vision becomes a reality, it’s pretty cool to take a step back and appreciate the effort that made it happen.

Our partners at the Oakland Athletics wanted to bring their brand colors to life with a shoot at spring training and our Creative Director Brennan Scott had an idea. He designed a custom background that would not only make the colors shine, but also create an atmosphere where the players would be able to express their personalities. Brennan’s care and attention to detail from design, building, painting, transporting and all the way to making sure all of the final details worked on location made this shoot special for all of us. We can’t wait to share the final shots from this production.

Jesse has been working on several web development projects with us and we're excited to have him join us as our new Director of Web Projects, adding many years of sports industry and professional web design experience with brands across the country. Jesse's expertise spans designing, coordinating, managing and launching websites from the ground up for major organizations like the Miami Dolphins, Ballast Point and WEEI.
