A lot can happen in a month ✨

Fitness journey update! I can now do a 1 min plank again 😂 thank you coach John for the intense workout sessions for almost 2 months. I’ll be back with heavier weights 💪🏼

Thankful for discovering coach Anne on Tiktok too. I joined her Belly Burn Challenge and learned a lot about fitness, nutrition, and taking care of yourself first. 💗

My main goal is to have my weight proportional to my height again. Plus avoiding breathing problems. 😅 I tried doing workout challenges on Youtube but then I realized that my form for some workouts were all wrong. Having a coach really goes a long way. Hashtag thankful, hashtag blessed for these coaches of mine 🙌🏼

“Diet is not restricting, it’s about controlling. You can eat anything you want, but not too much.” 🌸

For some of you may know, I was chosen to become part of the Nas Academy x GrabForGood Program.

We were given a video contest for our last video for the program with the topic about our before and after journey.

I was stunned by the prizes for the winners (1 - Acer Nitro 5 Laptop | 2 - Iphone 12 Mini | 3 - Apple Ipad Air) and I just wanted the 2nd prize which was the Iphone 12 mini 😂

I then sent a message to a classmate Salvar Jezz that we should join the contest for our last hoorah.

I really had that Iphone 12 mini in my mind while making the video. Soooo manifestation is real for real. 🤣

I dedicated the video to the people who helped me in my content creation journey and self-growth for the past 8 months, from January - August 2021. 🙌🏼
