Disclaimer: traveling is not always easy nor is it always perfect. But when I tell you that Day 2 of the Ha Giang loop was truly one of my most favorite days of traveling, I promise you I am not lying or exaggerating. I feel BEYOND blessed and happy that I was able to experience this day with family and friends because it is honestly a day I will never forget. I think that this is one of those videos that accurately portrays the authentic feelings we were all having on the loop. It’s surreal.

Hello and welcome to our page! We are sooo happy you’re here. 😁

I am Kate(🇺🇸) and my husband is Gustav (🇿🇦). We have been living in Bangkok, Thailand (🇹🇭) for just over 2 years and we want to share our experiences with you whether you’re looking to move here, travel here, or you’re just curious what life is like here.

Our story kicks off right here in the heart of Bangkok, where work and traveling brought us together as teachers at the same school. Since 2021, we've been planning adventures, exploring South East Asia on motorbike, and jungle trekking/hiking through some of the craziest places we've ever been. AND in March 2023, we finally tied the knot right here in Thailand (eek!)💍

We want to bring you along on our trips as we do our favorite things in South East Asia, which is hiking in the jungle and hopping on our motorbikes in the most beautiful areas. We hope our channel brings you inspiration in your travels and maybe a few laughs as well.
