Reggae/rock group Dirty Heads were the recent guests at 98.7-FM's Penthouse, an exclusive concert series hosted by Los Angeles-based radio station KYSR-FM at the historic Hollywood Tower in Hollywood, Calif. Before an intimate crowd, Dirty Heads performed an acoustic set including "Lay Me Down," "Spread Too Thin" and "Dance All Night."

Combining elements of hip-hop, reggae and rock, and inspired by the laid-back Southern California lifestyle, Dirty Heads were formed in Huntington Beach, Calif., by Bushnell and Watson. The band is rounded out by David Floral (bass), Matt Ochoa (drums) and Jon Olazabal (percussion). Dirty Heads released their debut album, Any Port In A Storm, in 2008. The album featured drummer Josh Freese (Nine Inch Nails, A Perfect Circle) and GRAMMY-winning organist Billy Preston. Released in June, Cabin By The Sea peaked at No. 18 on the Billboard 200 and features guest artists Del The Funky Homosapien and Matisyahu, among others. Dirty Heads are currently on tour with Matisyahu, with select dates scheduled through September.

A little over the year after the release of the band's last LP, 2012's "Cabin by the Sea," The Dirty Heads are back with a new all-acoustic album, and Billboard has the exclusive premiere.
