In case you’re new here, we’re an arts/music volunteer-run publication based in Montreal and Ottawa, and we’ve been covering indie arts scenes locally and internationally, as well as organizing events, & running a podcast and radio show for five years now 💚

We care about the scene, giving artists a platform, and fostering creative community spaces wherever we can. Between our hometowns and across the world, we are forever thankful to our communities, contributing writers and friends for uplifting our love of local music, arts and culture, and can’t wait to share another trip around the sun with you all.

Stay tuned for new Also Cool projects on the horizon in the next year, & until then we’ll see you in the pit.
