One business can rarely fulfill the needs of an entire marketplace for a product/service. There is usually an opening to market your business to others who have not yet made the leap, or have purchased a product from a competitor and was not fully satisfied.
So use the opportunity to re-invent a business that already exists! 💰💰💰
There's somebody already selling bonnets? How about selling lined showercaps? How about focusing on bonnets for babies? How about bonnets for men? (🤷♀️) or bonnets you can use outside the house?
There's somebody already selling candles? How about selling aromatherapy ones instead? How about massage candles? Scented candles? Decorative candles? (Freaky candles?) 😅
I could give so many examples. But you get the point. ...Right?!? We don't need to copy, we just need to re-invent.

I WISH someone told me to take my side hustle seriously when I was in college. 🤦♀️
